All claims related to items delivered damage, defective, or under-shipment of orders must be notified to us within 10 days of the delivery date.
Any claims made after the 10th day will not be considered as a legitimate claim.

Shipping and handling cost are non-refundable.
Used items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Used items presented for refund or exchange will be returned to customer.
New, unused items are eligible for full refund up to 15-days after sale.
New, unused items are eligible for exchange up to 30-days after sale.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost on returned items.
